Amazing stuff, I've been using this for over a year and I can't have any other collagen product that is as good. I've tried other and just not the same. After 3/4 month of taking one everyday, I have been taking one every other day and it's works just aswell. Just ensure the collagen has built up in your body first. Nearly 30 years old and I'm mistaken to be 19 everyday day! Love it 🩷
