Purchased Menopause Beauty Sleep to help with hot flashes, haven’t seen results yet as only been taking for 14 days but I am feeling better in myself as my joints seem less painful.
Taste ok, didn’t taste of blackcurrant was definitely more of a tropical flavour.

I tried this product for 8 weeks, but never saw any difference in my appearance at all. Sleeping was still an issue. So for me this product is over priced and it is only a money making product

Supports sleep, skin and healing

I initially bought two boxes of collagen Beauty Sleep to take before and after a brain operation. Having researched the benefits of collagen; going through peri-menopause; being stressed and therefore not sleeping well; and being concerned about the impact of the operation on my scalp and the skull itself, I felt there was nothing to lose in trying this product. It's easy to take, tastes ok, and seems to be providing the support I had hoped for (though, of course, the surgeons, doctors and nurses get to take some credit too!). I have ordered another two boxes.
